Registration Fees

• Early Bird Registration fees are available up to Thursday 30 June 2016
• Standard Registration fees are available from Friday 1 July 2016
• Registration fees include attendance at conference sessions, morning/afternoon tea and lunch on Saturday 13 August 2016
• Registration for the Symposium will close on Friday 5 August 2016. Any request for registration after this time must be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat
• All amounts quoted are in Australian dollard (AUD$) and include GST
  

Conditions of Registration

• Full payment MUST be received prior to the Symposium. Registrations cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.
• To qualify for Early Bird discount, registration fees must be received prior to Thursday 30 June 2016. Registration fees are based on date of payment receipt, not the date of receipt of registration.
