Terms and Conditions Bosch ConnectedWorld Chicago 2016


Registration Policy and Registration Process

Bosch Software Innovations Corp. (Bosch Software Innovations) will receive bookings (subject to availability) via the registration at http://www.bosch-si.com/bcw-chicago. Upon Bosch Software Innovations written (including online) communication to you of its acceptance of your booking for a place at Bosch ConnectedWorld Chicago 2016 there shall be a legally binding contract between Bosch Software Innovations and you to which these terms apply:


Fees

The fee will include one place at the two day conference, refreshments, lunches and the participation in the evening networking event. The fee does not include travel to or from the conference or any accommodation costs incurred.

If payment is not made at the time of booking, your registration will be provisional and confirmation will only be sent when payment has been received in full at least 24 hours prior to the actual event. You acknowledge that Bosch Software Innovations cannot guarantee places held on a provisional basis and that places may sell out.


Cancellations and Postponements

All attendee cancellations must be submitted via email to
connected-us@bosch-si.com. Cancellation charges shall be applicable as follows:

Refunds may take up to 14 working days to be issued and will be processed by our payment partner Jack Morton Worldwide. Please note that the same policy applies to accidental and/or duplicate registrations.

Non-attendance at the event, without cancellation (as above), will not be eligible for a refund. However, Bosch Software Innovations welcomes substitute delegates at any time by updating the required information in the registration tool or by emailing connected-us@bosch-si.com.

 

A substitute delegate may be sent in your place if you cannot attend for any reason and these details can be updated by logging on to the website (Modify registration) or by email to connected-us@bosch-si.com.

If the conference is postponed for reasons beyond the control of Bosch Software Innovations, you will be notified of a revised date for the conference and you shall have the right to cancel your place and receive a full refund of the fee (100%). If you wish to confirm your attendance at the postponed conference, your booking will be transferred to the new conference date.


Payment Process
A valid credit card is required for the registration. Please note that the conference fee can only be paid by credit card, other payment options are not accepted. After submitting your attendee information, you will be directed to our external payment partner Jack Morton Worldwide in order to finish the registration. This partner is authorized to fullfill the payment process on behalf of Bosch Software Innovations. You will receive your personal booking confirmation by Bosch Software Innovations when the payment is confirmed by our payment partner Jack Morton Worldwide.
