Olympic Highlights
Barcelona hosted the 25th Summer Olympic
Games in 1992, prompting many changes within the city and helping to turn it
into the modern, trend-setting city that we see today.
The tour will start in the Olympic harbour and
village where you will have the opportunity to walk around the area to see the
event-associated sights and facilities.
You will then transfer to the Old Harbour where you will take the
cable-car up to Parc de Montjuic.
Following a guided tour of the Olympic Stadium, you
will continue by coach around Parc de Montjuic.
Parc de Montjuic is the city’s green hilltop getaway that is packed with
both history and a host of sights, including the Olympic Park. Within the park you will find the Palau Sant
Jordi Stadium and the iconic telecoms tower, designed to represent an athlete
holding the Olympic torch.
