CHECK AND WIRE TRANSFER POLICY
- Checks must be payable to “BMT Tandem Meetings” and be drawn in U.S. funds from a U.S. bank. To receive a specific conference rate checks must be postmarked no later than the registration rate deadline or you will be charged the next registration rate and incur an additional balance. Therefore, if registered by October 1, 2015 checks must be postmarked no later than October 1, 2015 to receive the Early Bird rate. If registered by January 20, 2016 checks must be postmarked no later than January 20, 2016 to receive the Standard rate. Please note all checks must be received by January 20, 2016. There will be a $15 fee for all returned checks. Checks will not be accepted on-site
- Wire transfers must be received by January 20, 2016. The same check qualification process for specific conference rates applies to wire transfers as well. Please add $25 for wire transfer fees
Reference "BMT Tandem Meetings" and include both your full name and registration confirmation number for accurate processing.
