Entries not received by that date or not completed in accordance with the Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.

Total prize pool is valued at $1800.60.
If any prize or prize component is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for the prize or prize component, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. All prize values are correct at the time of printing. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise indicated.
Prize will be delivered to an Australian address of the winner’s choosing provided that the address is no more than 300 kilometres from a capital city. Where the winner’s address is outside this area the Promoter will contact the winner to determine a suitable delivery address.
Who can enter?
Contest is open to Australian residents who register to participate in the 2011 Healthy Heart Challenge, complete the 2011 Healthy Heart Challenge Sustainability Survey and answer “in 25 words or less, how did the Healthy Heart Challenge help you reach your goals?” before the close of entries.
Entrants under 18 years of age must seek the consent of their parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must read and accept these Details of Participation prior to entry and they acknowledge that they may be required to provide confirmation of their consent to the Promoter.
Employees and volunteers (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, sponsors and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
Winners of any previous 2011 Healthy Heart Challenge prizes are ineligible for this prize offering.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and email address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Details of Participation, who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, deems to be offensive, inappropriate, defamatory or otherwise not in keeping with the spirit of the competition. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Any incorrect entrant details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid. It is each entrant’s responsibility to inform the Promoter if their personal details change prior to the Judging date.
How to enter:
Contest can be entered by registering for the 2011 Healthy Heart Challenge at http://healthyheartchallenge.goredforwomen.org.au and completing the Sustainability Survey including the final question of “in 25 words or less, why you'd be interested in participating in the Healthy Heart Challenge again in 2012?" before the close of entries.
All persons who register and complete the Sustainability Survey including the final question before the close of entries will be entered automatically. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Judges decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees to assign all of their rights, title and interest (including copyright) in and to their entry to the Promoter. The Promoter is entitled to use any entry for any purposes at its discretion, including using the entry for future promotional and publicity purposes.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Judging will take place at the National Heart Foundation of Australia (N.S.W. Division), Level 3/80 William Street, Sydney NSW 2011on 16 December at 3:00pm AEDT.
Each entry will be individually judged according to its merits on the basis of originality and creativity as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
Neither the Promoter nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Winner will be notified by phone or email where possible.
The winner’s name will be published on the Healthy Heart Challenge website at http://healthyheartchallenge.goredforwomen.org.au on 21st of December 2011.
If the prize winner cannot be identified or has not claimed their prize within 3 months of the judging date they will forfeit their right to the prize and the prize will become the property of the Promoter.
The Heart Foundation respects your privacy and embraces the National Privacy Principles. The Heart Foundation may contact you in the future for the promotion of heart health messages and programs, research, invitations to functions and fundraising purposes. Personal details may be provided to third parties for the purpose of facilitating services contracted by the Heart Foundation or where required by law. Communications from the Heart Foundation may include email or telephone contact and may also include messages on behalf of event sponsors and other third parties. By providing your information to us you agree that you have provided your indefinite consent to this contact. You may withdraw consent at any time though in doing so we may not be able to provide you with services requested. The Heart Foundation will not disclose your information to any third party for marketing purposes.
