ICCA has again created a timeslot for members who want to organise an internal meeting (user groups, marketing consortia, alliances). This year, the following timeslots will be available:

Sunday 1 November 09:30 - 12:00 (running alongside First Time Attendees meeting)
Monday 2 November 18:00 - 19:00
Tuesday 3 November 17:15 - 18:15

There are limited meeting rooms available so first come first served. The room will be free of charge (no set-up changes allowed). Any extra F&B and AV requested will be charged. Please contact Mieke van Loenen (mieke@icca.nl) if you would like to reserve a room.
