Designing successful digital products that excite people requires patience, logic, and creativity. Alexa brings these capacities to every project, collaborating with teams to meet the multifaceted challenges of technology, business, and providing value to users. Over the course of her 10-year career, she has collected an arsenal of qualitative research methods and interface best practices to complement her passion for puzzles. In her work at Moment, she's an advocate for customers and clients. Her flexible, methods-based approach has contributed to the launch of several successful and insightful products for companies like Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, ESPN, and more. She especially enjoys designing mobile and cross-channel products, and has been invited to speak at LUXr and various local meet-ups on the topic. Alexa studied Industrial Design at Arizona State University and earned a Masters in Design from IIT's Institute of Design in Chicago where she focused on design research, product strategy, and product definition. Prior to joining Moment, Alexa applied these skills on projects with the MacArthur Foundation's Digital Media and Learning initiative and with Steelcase's Workspace Futures group. Outside the world of digital-product-problem-solving, Alexa spends her time cooking and planning trips around the world.
