Terms and conditions:

Your registrations details: Your company, job title and full name will be used for printing purposes. By finalising your registration, you agree that the information you have provided is correct.

CAPA will happily accept replacement delegates, however delegate passes cannot be shared or split between delegates under any circumstances.

CAPA has the right to refuse, refund or reject registrations.

For online transactions, your order will be processed in AUD at current exchange rates. Daily currency fluctuations and any credit card charges may result in slight variations to the amount charged to your card.

For offline transactions, payment must be received within 7 days from the date of invoice. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment - please regard your receipt as your confirmation. All payments must be finalised prior to the conference and/or course commencement and/or their expiry date. If payment is not received on time, delegates will be required to pay via credit card on-site or provide proof of payment.

Payment via telegraphic transfer incurs a AUD50 administration fee

Discounted registrations: To be entitled to discounted rates, registration and payment must be received before the expiry date advised and paid via credit card. If payment is not received by this date, the Full Rate will apply. Discounted registrations are strictly non-refundable.

Free of cost airline and/or other passes (conferences only): Strictly limited number of free of cost airline passes available. Once all free passes have been used, all airline passes will incur a cost of AUD495 (plus dinner costs if applicable). Maximum one (1) free of cost passes per airline. Free of cost passes cannot be split or shared and are non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.

Insurance, travel and accommodation: Insurance, travel and accommodation will be the responsibility of the attending delegate. CAPA - Centre for Aviation shall not be responsible in any way for personal injury to the delegate or his staff, agents, contractors, invitees or members of the public, travel and accommodation. 

Cancellations must be made in writing to CAPA Events. Refunds will be based on the date of receipt, cancellation date and issued as follows:
45 or more days prior to the event – 100% of the registered amount less AUD100 administration and bank fees per delegate.
14-44 days prior to the event – 50% refund of the registered amount less AUD100 administration and bank fees per delegate.
14 days or less prior to the event – no refund. Once the conference has commenced – strictly no refund. (Discounted registrations are strictly non-transferable).

CAPA - Centre for Aviation reserves the right to amend or cancel the programme schedule, speakers or topics without prior notice to participants.
