Workshop Description
This workshop comprises a combination of interactive group activities, short presentations, and individual exercises aimed towards gaining insight into the impact of leadership styles and approaches on the way that educational organisations are structured and function. The workshop covers some of the core topics in educational leadership and management including challenges and opportunities, policy impact, change, leading people and teams, leading in complex environments and setting personal goals. This workshop will prepare you to undertake ASME's (or affiliated organisation's) comprehensive educational leadership courses.
