All cancellations and substitutes must be received in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, the following cancellation terms apply.

Cancellations received thru August 20, 2021, will be less a $50 administrative fee. We are unable to grant refunds after this date. (For 2021 Onsite Special Promo Registrant-cancellations received prior to July 1, 2021, we will refund registration costs.) The $50 fee will be waived if you cancel for COVID-related issues.

To cancel your registration/refund request: must be received in writing at the conference management firm, A.J. Jannetti, Inc., ANN Conferences, East Holly Avenue, Box 56, Pitman, NJ 08071, or email neonatalreg@ajj.com

If you would like to transfer your registration to a colleague, please make the substitutes request in writing to A.J. Jannetti, Inc., ANN Conference, East Holly Ave, Box 56, Pitman, NJ 08071-0056 or email your transfer request to neonatalreg@ajj.com. Simply complete a registration form for the substitute attendee. Indicate in payment area the name of attendee you are replacing. Member and non-member rates will apply to the transfer. (not applicable with the onsite promo special offers which is non- transferable; person or conference)
  • Some promotional registrations are non-refundable/non-transferable.
  • Transferred registrations follow cancellation policy set forth at time of request and not the current years policy.
  • ANN Membership fee is non-refundable, non-transferable.

If it becomes necessary to cancel the conference for any reason, but not limited to emergencies, labor strikes, pandemic,  insufficient registration or sponsorship, any force majeure, liability shall be limited to a refund of conference registration fee.
