Who should attend Fal.Con 2020?
The conference content is designed for CrowdStrike customers and organizations seeking to enhance their understanding of today’s sophisticated threat environment and the advanced cybersecurity tools that can improve security posture for their organizations. Attendees will include CIOs, CISOs, IT Security Engineers, Architects, and Analysts, Incident Response (IR) professionals, Risk and Compliance Officers and Managers and other cybersecurity professionals. Please note: CrowdStrike reserves the right to refuse registration and/or attendance to the conference for any reason.

What is the cost to register for Fal.Con 2020?

• Loyalty Rate Conference Registration February 10^th, 2020 – September 18^th, 2020 (Fal.Con alumni from 2017, 2018, 2019): $700
• Early Bird Conference Registration February 10^th, 2020 – May 31^st, 2020: $850
• Standard Conference Registration June 1^st, 2020 – September 28^th, 2020: $1,050
• Early Bird Government Registration February 10^th, 2020 – May 31^st, 2020*: $700
• Standard Government Registration June 1^st, 2020 – September 28^th, 2020*: $850
• Optional 8 hour Technical Trainings on Monday, September 28 ^th, 2020: $1000. More training programs will be announced shortly

*Proof of government affiliation / identification will be required upon hotel check-in.

What is included in the cost of my conference pass?
Your conference registration fee includes keynotes, breakout sessions, Partner Expo, Core 100 Level Technical Training and CrowdStrike hosted meals on Monday night through Wednesday lunch. Additional costs will apply for your travel, hotel reservation at the MGM Grand Hotel, Las Vegas, NV and the optional Technical Trainings.

I have submitted my registration for Fal.Con 2020. When will I be able to sign up for sessions?
CrowdStrike will send an updated conference agenda in April 2020. In addition, we will have a Fal.Con 2020 app that you can download to your phone and start reviewing sessions that are of interest. All sessions, except the pre-paid optional training courses, will be on a first-come-first-serve basis on-site.

I have also registered and pre-paid to attend one of the optional trainings. Is there anything I need to know or bring to that training?
If you plan to attend any of these trainings, please adjust your hotel reservation as needed. Please see class requirements when you register. All classes require you to bring a laptop with the latest Chrome browser at a minimum.

Can I get continuing education credits for any of the training offered at Fal.Con 2020?
We do not issue CPE credits. However, attendees who earn certificates of completion may submit those for credit.

Which payment methods are accepted for my conference pass?
Payment for Fal.Con 2020 is accepted in the form of major credit and debit cards. If your company has purchased conference passes through your sales representative / P.O. process a promotional code will be provided to you for use in the registration process. If you have not received your promotional code or have questions on this process, please email FalConConference@crowdstrike.com.

What is the attire for the event?
Business casual is the appropriate attire for the event.

What is the best way to stay informed and engaged at Fal.Con 2020?
We will offer an event app for your phone for Fal.Con 2020. This app will contain all important information about the event including agendas, session listings and descriptions, event surveys, incentives, networking tools, content and resources. The app will be available closer to the event.

I work for the government and need to adhere to gift and ethics policies. What do I need to know?
The Fal.Con 2020 event is open to both government and commercial organizations. There may be items of value available at no charge for attendees of this event. The registration fee for attendees includes meals, reception food, entrance to attendee evening events and other items of value (e.g. personal use items). Please decline any sponsored giveaways and personal items that are not included in the registration fee to ensure compliance with applicable government gift and ethics rules.

Will there be language services provided?
Language services will not be provided at Fal.Con 2020. If you need language services, you will be responsible for making those arrangements.

Can I bring a guest?
Fal.Con 2020 attendees may bring a guest for the hotel stay, however, the guest will not be able to participate in any of the conference activities unless they have a paid registered status for the conference.

What is the cancellation policy for Fal.Con 2020?
Authorized substitutions will be accepted free of charge upon the approval of the CrowdStrike conference team. However, if you or a substitute cannot attend, please notify us and request a refund by emailing FalCon@itagroup.com. Cancellations received on or after August 28^th, 2020 will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund of any paid conference fees. No refunds will be given for cancellations on or after September 28^th, 2020. 

HOTEL

How do I make a hotel reservation at the MGM Grand?
You can book your hotel accommodations at the completion of your registration for Fal.Con 2020. You will be redirected to an external site, and will be required to complete a first night’s deposit. You may modify or cancel your reservation through this site at any time. Hotel reservations should be made only through this special link or by contacting the hotel directly. Do not accept external solicitations.

Does CrowdStrike have a special group rate at the MGM Grand?
CrowdStrike is pleased to offer special rates at the MGM Grand over the following dates and rates. Please note tax is based on current tax and is subject to change:
- Friday, 9/25/20: $198 + $37 resort fee + 13.38% tax
- Saturday, 9/26/20: $198 + $37 resort fee + 13.38% tax
- Sunday, 9/27/20: $118 + $37 resort fee + 13.38% tax
- Monday, 9/28/20: $148 + $37 resort fee + 13.38% tax
- Tuesday, 9/29/20: $148 + $37 resort fee + 13.38% tax
- Wednesday, 9/30/20: $118 + $37 resort fee + 13.38% tax

The deadline to receive these special rates is Wednesday, August 26^th, 2020. All reservations made after August 26^th are subject to availability and prevailing room rates.

How can I modify my hotel reservation?
Please email FalCon@itagroup.com with your desired modified dates. All hotel rates and reservations are subject to availability. We will try to accommodate your requests and respond to you promptly.

Can I extend my hotel stay before or after September 28^th – 30^th 2020?
Room nights are limited at the MGM Grand Hotel before and after September 28^th – 30^th, 2020 and the group rate is subject to availability. If you would like to extend your reservation, please email FalCon@itagroup.com with the dates you would like to add. We will try to accommodate your requests and respond to you promptly.

What is the hotel reservation cancellation policy?
If, after you register for Fal.Con 2020, you find you cannot attend, please notify us of your cancellation by sending an email to FalCon@itagroup.com. The first night’s room and tax will be charged if cancellations are received less than 72 hours prior to check-in.
