Coby Duerr

Coby Duerr began his emergency services career as a firefighter in the small community of Naramata, BC back in 1993. Since then he has held various positions, in fire and emergency management, with Pentincton BC’s Fire Department, Calgary Fire Department, Calgary Emergency Management Agency and Canada Task Force 2 (managed by Calgary Emergency Management Agency). He has deployed to the 2011 Slave Lake Wildfires, 2013 southern Alberta floods, 2016 Fort McMurray wildfires, and 2019 High Level Chuckegg wildfire among other events.
