Dr. Lori Campbell is the Principal of the Colbourne Institute for Inclusive Leadership at NorQuest College. Lori began her career as an E.S.L. instructor in Edmonton, moving to the Northwest Territories where she was a teacher and college leader for 15 years. After returning to Edmonton, she led the Aboriginal Teacher Education Program (ATEP) at the University of Alberta. From 2011 – 2018, she worked at Enbridge Pipelines as the Manager of Diversity and Inclusion and led the development and implementation of the first company-wide D&I strategy for both Canada and the United States. Lori attended the University of Alberta, earning a Bachelor of Education, a Master of Adult and Continuing Education, and a PhD in Educational Administration and Leadership..
