Mr. Dennis Brescacin is a Division Chief with Thunder Bay Fire Rescue, Emergency Manager for the City of Thunder Bay, President of Thunder Bay Professional Firefighters’ Association and member of the Department’s Critical Incident Response team. He is also an Occupational Health and Safety Level 2 firefighter job specific certified and former member of the Thunder Bay Fire Rescue OH&S Committee. Dennis is also the ex-officio member of the City of Thunder Bay Psychological Health & Wellness Executive Committee.
