REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Requests for cancellations must be received by February 1, 2020; a $25 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable. Conference organizers cannot be responsible for travel difficulty due to road or weather conditions. A Meeting by Design strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Guard International Travel Insurance. HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: All hotel reservations require a one-night deposit to be collected 45 days prior to the conference. All cancellations requested prior to February 1, 2020 will receive a refund for the one-night deposit. Cancellations after this date are nonrefundable. Upon check-in at the hotel your credit card will be charged for your stay as well as pre-authorized for incidentals. Lodging requests/preferences are not guaranteed and are strictly based upon hotel availability. Requests are fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis.
