TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All fees are quoted in AUD and inclusive of GST (10%).
 
Your registration and associated bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received, including accommodation reservations.
 
FPA reserves the right to review and adjust/confirm attendance after payment has been processed.


DELEGATE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

Should you wish to cancel from the conference after payment has been received, a refund will be given, subject to a $200.00 administration fee, provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm Friday 25 October 2019. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the Organising Committee. Substitutions will be accepted but must be made in writing to the Conference Organiser via david@ccconferences.com.au. All refunds are via the original payment method.
 
ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
 
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival and "No Shows" will attract a 100% cancellation fee. Any amendment or cancellation of bookings made through the online booking must be made in writing to the Conference Organiser via david@ccconferences.com.au.
 
SOCIAL FUNCTION TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY:
 
Please note the following cancellation fees apply to social function bookings:
  • A $20 per ticket fee applies for any cancellations until 25 October 2019
  • A $50 per ticket fee applies for any cancellations from 26 October 2019 until 8 November 2019
  • All tickets are fully non-refundable from 9 November 2019
All cancelations or amendments must be made in writing to the Congress team via david@ccconferences.com.au.
