Reed Business Information S.A.U. (RBI now onwards), website holder, informs this site’s user of the existence of a automated file for personal data created by RBI and of which it is responsible, in attention of the Ley Orgánica 15/1999 act, dated 13^th December, about Personal Data Protection (LOPD now onwards).

2. Goal of the data compilation, user’s consent and data truthfulness.

RBI compiles data which are provided by the users through the forms inserted on this web with the aim of helping to the provision of the services which it provides through this event as well as giving commercial information about products or services that could be interesting to you.

By means of the sending of the aforementioned form the user entitles us to send information and commercial notes by the mail, e-mail or fax with commercial contents both of the products and services of the Reed Business Information Group (you can have a browse at www.rbi.es/perfil) and of other companies that could be of interest to the carrying out of your entrepreneurial activity. In no case will RBI cede these data to those third companies.

The users’ data will be registered in the automated file we have mentioned in paragraph 1 which is RBI’s property and will be treated for the uses and following the privacy policy already described.

The personal data treatment as well as the online sending of commercial notes are consistent with the LOPD (B.O.E, the Official Governmental Bulletin, dated 14th December 1999) and the 34/2002 Act, dated 11th July about services of the Information Society and Electronic Trade (B.O.E. dated 12^th July 2002).

The user commits himself to provide truthful personal data and is liable to communicate any change in them.

3. Access, correction and cancellation entitlement for users.

The user will be able to exercise his rights of access, correction, opposition and cancellation for the treatment of his personal data sending an e-mail communication to this address: e_inese@rbi.es. 4. Cookies and IPs.

The user agrees to the use of cookies and IP monitoring by RBI. Our system of traffic analysis uses cookies and IP monitoring which allow us to gather information about the browsing of this web and which are used merely with a statistical end. Nevertheless, the user can neutralize and/or eliminate, if he wishes, those cookies following the instructions of his internet browser.

5. Security.

In accordance with the Real Decreto 994/1999 Act, dated 11^th June, RBI keeps the personal data protection security levels that the current legislation establishes and it has provided all the technical media available to prevent the wrong use, alteration, unauthorized access, loss or theft of the data the user will give through this web. However, it does not make itself responsible of the loss of information which could occur in such circumstances.
