Matthew Leaper is an Otolaryngologist, Head & Neck Surgeon based in Dunedin. He has a particular interest in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He completed his registrar training in 2006 and then completed a fellowship in Perth Australia. He has also completed certification from the International Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He works both in public and private practice and is an honorary clinic senior lecturer at the University of Otago.
