Payment Policy

If paying by check, please make payable to AISES and send to:

If you are paying by purchase order (PO), please send a copy of your purchase order to the attention of Accounts Receivable by March 1. Please fax to 505-765-5608 or email to payments@aises.org. Please reference the 2019 AISES Leadership Summit in the PO.
All payments (including purchase orders payments) must be received by March 8th.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

AISES will grant a full refund less a 10% processing fee to any individual who cancels their registration no later than Friday, February 15, 2019. Individuals who cancel their registration on or before March 1 will be charged 50% of their registration fee. No refunds for cancellations will be granted after March 1.

Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing via email to summit@aises.org

Note: Participants will receive the AISES discount hotel rate and are responsible for making their own lodging reservations and payment arrangements with the hotel.
