Substitutions: Substitutions may be requested up until October 11, 2018. While there is no charge for substitutions, requests must be made via email to Amanda Hassler, amanda.hassler@haymarketmedia.com
Cancellations: To cancel your paid registration and receive a refund, it is necessary to submit a written cancellation request via email to Amanda Hassler, amanda.hassler@haymarketmedia.com. Refunds will be issued back to the debit / credit card used for payment or by check (if paid by check). Refunds back to the debit or credit card can only be processed within 60 days of the original transaction date. Refunds for transactions older than this must be processed by check. Full refunds are available until July 31, 2018. Starting August 1, 2018, refunds will not be granted. "No Shows" will be deemed cancellations and will be responsible for full registration payment per the cancellation cutoff date above.
