If you believe in your products or services and know they are the best in its field, it is time to tell the world about them. We want to recognise products and services which enhance the onboard passenger experience for those travelling by air, rail or cruise.

Please select the number of products you wish to enter below completing your details and payment on the following pages. We will then be in touch directly with the full entry form for you to complete (you can view this here to see the questions on the form - please do not fill in until you have booked below as you will need your invoice reference no. to complete). We will also require an image of your product or service.

Each single product entry into a category will cost £425 but multiple entries qualify for discounts, if booked at the same time. This cost is to cover the awards process and promotion and will include marketing of the entered products in the magazine and on our dedicated awards website. Your product profile, including full description and image, as supplied by you, will be featured. Readers will be encouraged to view your product’s profile through regular eblasts and social media promotions of the awards.

Regular reader updates will encourage our international readership of 14,400+ to vote for their favourites. Online voting will close February 1 2018Finalists in each category will then go before our expert judging panel.

Coverage of the finalists will appear in Onboard Hospitality 74, our WTCE preview issue.  Winners will be announced in Hamburg during WTCE/AIX Expo event period and published in Onboard Hospitality 75, our WTCE/AIX Expo review issue.  Winners will receive a certificate and unique trophy and will be able to use the Onboard Hospitality Award winners' logo on all their future marketing.

Best for Premium Economy/Economy/LCC, served complimentary or as buy-on-board 

Best for Sustainability Onboard 
To include eco, green, light weight and recyclable products 

Best Use of Onboard Technology
To include passenger experience items such as headphones, entertainment and connectivity, and crew support or security

Best for Onboard Textiles
Two awards: Best for First/Business, to include bedding, blankets, sleep suits, pillows, duvets and napkins 
Best for Premium Economy/Economy/LCC offered complimentary or as buy-on-board

Best for Wellbeing Onboard 
Products designed to make travellers or crew feel good, to include products, services, uniforms offered complimentary or as buy-on-board in any cabin

Ones to Watch – not yet onboard 
New products or services targeting the onboard hospitality sector in all classes for rail, cruise or air. 
This category will NOT be subject to online voting as all entries in this category will go before the judging panel for their consideration. More than one award maybe presented at the judges discretion.

Judging criteria
Our expert panel of judges will be asked to assess your product and service on the following (as appropriate): First impressions, Quality, Durability, Life Span, Weight, Usefulness, Design functionality, Taste, Content, and How the product adds to the customer experience.

New this year is the opportunity for you to submit a simple video pitch to the judges explaining the key features of the product. This can be a purpose made clip or a link to digital content you already hold.
