You are invited to the AMINZ-ICCA International Arbitration Day in Queenstown, New Zealand, the add-on event which complements the Sydney ICCA 2018 Congress, of which AMINZ is the joint host.

The AMINZ-ICCA International Arbitration Day will be held at the Heritage Hotel. Guests will arrive on Thursday, April 19, 2018, flying from Sydney.

The opening evening will include a casual wine and food experience at Gibbston Valley Winery on 19 April.  A selection of wines will be included, but you will also be able to taste and buy other wines to drink and / or take home with you.  Your registration includes transfers to and from Gibbston Valley Winery and our three conference hotels, wine and food.  

The international arbitration programme takes place on Friday, April 20, 2018.  The programme will be announced soon.

The event concludes with a very special gala dinner at Mount Soho Winery.  This winery boasts outstanding wines, which will be served all night at the dinner, together with a gourmet dining experience, all set in the beautiful Mount Soho Winery.  Tickets to the dinner must be purchased separately and include transfers to and from Mount Soho Winery and our three conference hotels, wine and food.  This will be a memorable night and not to be missed.

Schedule:

  • 7.30pm, April 19, 2018 - Launch at the Gibbston Valley Winery
  • 9am - 5.45pm, April 20, 2018 - The conference commences at the Heritage Hotel
  • from 7.30pm, April 20, 2018 - Gala dinner at Mount Soho Winery

Registration Fees:

  • Early bird registration fee until 1 November 2017 is NZD$840 incl GST
  • Registration fees will cover attendance to the full program on April 20, 2018
  • It also includes the evening launch event with  transfers to and from Gibbston Valley Winery and our three conference hotels on April 19, 2018
  • Registration fees will also cover morning, lunch and afternoon tea on the conference day
  • Partners launch event:  $195 per person

Gala Dinner:

  • Registration for the Gala Dinner is a separate charge 
  • It includes all wine, food, entertainment and  transfers to and from Mount Soho Winery and our three conference hotels on April 20, 2018
  • Gala dinner:  $235 per person

Accommodation:

  • Special rates for accommodation have been negotiated at the Heritage Hotel Queenstown, Hotel St Moritz and the Crowne Plaza

Costs and Payment:

  • In order to complete the registration process, you must have a credit card available for payment
  • All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15% GST
  • Visa and MasterCard will be accepted for payment. American Express and Diners Club are not able to be accepted
  • A 4% transaction will be charged for each booking
  • We will charge your credit card upon receipt of your registration

Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

If you are unable to attend the conference, a substitute participant is welcome to attend at no additional cost; or a full refund, less a service fee of $95, will be applied to cancellations received in writing up until 5.00pm on Monday March 19 2018. Cancellations received after this date will not be entitled to any refund.
