Workplace Sexual Harassment in Higher Ed: Special Issues

Please join us on Thursday, March 12 at 1 p.m. EST for a webinar focusing on challenging issues in preventing and addressing sexual harassment in the higher education workplace. Please note that this program will not cover student sexual harassment.

 
During the webinar, Debbie Osgood, a partner with the Chicago law firm Hogan Marren Babbo & Rose, and Rachel Jeris, a senior attorney with the University of Wisconsin-Madison, will discuss issues such as:
  • Conflicts and inconsistencies between policies and procedures that apply to different employee groups
  • The role of Title IX coordinators in addressing workplace (as opposed to student) sexual harassment
  • “Homegrown” versus “commercial” approaches to campus harassment prevention training
  • Dealing with media scrutiny, including its potential impact on alumni and donors
