We regret to inform you that the WCAA Annual Conference will be canceled due to concerns about COVID-19. This difficult decision has been made after a careful assessment of the risks as determined by the CDC and the Washington State Department of Health; consultation with WCAA leadership; and consideration of member feedback. We are fully committed to ensuring that our conference attendees and staff remain safe and well.

We will reimburse all registration fees. We only have a small staff to manage refunds, so we ask for your patience.
We have contacted The Enzian and cancelled all room reservations. You should have received an email confirmation of our cancellation from The Enzian. If you have added additional room nights to your reservation, you will need to contact the property to cancel those nights. To cancel, please contact The Enzian Inn at 509.548.5269 x197.
Some of you have asked if we can reschedule the conference; however, there is no way to do this without conflicting with other scheduled meetings. We plan to wait for the situation with COVID-19 to settle down before we can consider future venue negotiations.
We do not see any feasible way at this time to broadcast individual presentations, and we do not have the staff to support these types of activities.
