Like you, we have been closely monitoring the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19), particularly as it relates to travel and conferences. As a result of the pandemic situation, we have decided to cancel this year’s conference and reschedule it for June, 2021.
Please be assured, this decision was not one made in haste. We carefully weighed many factors and concluded that we needed to join in the nationwide efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 by limiting travel and group settings. There is just too much at stake to risk the health and safety of our partners.
If you secured air travel arrangements to attend the 2020 conference through the online registration process, an agent with Direct Travel will be contacting you to discuss your cancellation options. All hotel reservations will be automatically canceled on your behalf.
Please be assured that we are already securing dates for the 2021 BPAS Partner Conference. We hope we can count on your support and attendance.
We encourage everyone to continue to monitor the situation and heed the prevention advice offered by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and the World Health Organization. Wash your hands frequently. Keep unclean hands away from your face. Avoid close contact with people who may be ill.
Take care and stay well. We look forward to seeing you at the 2021 BPAS Partner Conference.
