Operator registration is open to those who work for restaurant or hospitality companies. Product or services providers may attend only as a sponsor.



Early-Bird Rate (through 3/30/2020)

Non-Member: $299

Regular Rate (starting 3/31/2020)

National Restaurant Association Member: $349

Non-Member: $449

CONSULTANTS: Third-parties who work on behalf of a restaurant or hospitality company in a supply chain capacity are allowed to register as operators and pay the operator rate. Only those in supply chain roles (procurement, distribution, logistics, quality assurance) are allowed to register under the operator category. Consultants are not eligible for complimentary hotel rooms.

Cancellations received by 11:59 p.m. ET on March 12, 2020 will be fully refunded. Cancellations between March 13 and April 13, 2020 will be assessed a 50% administration fee. Cancellations after April 13 will not receive a refund.
