2020 Learning Forward Missouri Show-Me Conference

REGISTRATION NOTES: Welcome to online registration for the 2020 Show-Me Conference.  Please take a moment to review the following information before you begin registration. 

1.  Download a copy of the Conference Registration Brochure (REV 1.10.2020)

2.  Review the brochure and all session descriptions.

3. After identifying your session selections and reviewing conference attendee category types below, you may begin online registration.  

CONFERENCE ATTENDEE: Please select this category type if you are an attendee whose district, charter or school is paying for your registration fees or you are a co-presenter for a breakout session and your district, charter or school is paying for your registration fees.  

LEAD PRESENTER: This category type is designated specifically for the lead presenter for your breakout session.  Please keep in mind, only ONE presenter can be considered lead for any breakout session.    

CO-PRESENTER: Please select this category type if you are a co-presenter for a session.  Please keep in mind, only TWO co-presenters per session can select this category.    

RPDC ATTENDEE: Please select this category type if you are an attendee who is a contracted consultant for a Regional Professional Development Center (RPDC).  (EXCLUDES the Director) 

LEARNING FORWARD  MISSOURI BOARD OR RPDC DIRECTOR: Please select this category type if you are a member or a director.  

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:  Cancellation notices must be received in writing on or before February 21, 2020.  No refunds will be issued after this date, substitutions are allowed. Please send notice of cancellation to tammy@custommeetingplanners.com

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES DUE:  Please note the following forms of payment methods are accepted by the conference:

Debit/Credit Cards: Discover, MasterCard Debit/Credit and Visa Debit/Credit

Purchase Order:  A PO is required to be faxed or sent within five (5) working days of completed conference registration.  Please ensure that the vendor name and contact information on the PO is confirmed as follows:

An invoice will be issued for payment after the PO is received.  Payment is expected when the invoice is received.  

Check (in lieu of a purchase order): A check is required to be sent to our office within five (5) working days of completed conference registration.  Please ensure that the check is made payable to Custom Meeting Planners and mailed to the following address:
