EVENING SERVICES  ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, FOR $15 PER PERSON. PHOTO ID REQUIRED. REGISTRATION FOR EVENINGS ONLY MUST BE MADE ONSITE 

CANCELLATIONS: Written requests for cancellations and refunds must be received by February 13, 2020. A cancellation fee of $30/ adult will apply. Refunds for check payments will be mailed after the conference. MJAA memberships are non-refundable.


 

MJAA Conference Guardian Forms

Any person assuming responsibility to be the on-campus guardian for a minor conference attendee must meet the following requirements. Please click on the links to download the required forms.


After you complete the appropriate forms:
Print out the PDF of the forms, have them signed, and fax the forms to 610- 338- 0471 before February 10th, or just bring them with you to the conference.
