Registration is open to sponsors only at this time.  Please take a moment to review sponsor levels: 

PLATINUM Sponsor $2000

Display Table Fee: $50 (Please note 30 table limit and sponsorship confirmation in order to display) 

Please note that registration will open to conference attendees in January.  Please check the chapter websites for addtional details moprima.org and kansasprima.org. 

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:  Cancellation notices must be received in writing on or before March 20, 2020.  Refunds, less a $30 administrative fee for payment received, will be issued in the original form of payment. For cancellation notices received prior to payment, a $30 cancellation fee will be imposed. Please send notice of cancellation to tammy@custommeetingplanners.com

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES DUE:  Please note the following forms of online payment methods are accepted by the conference:

*Debit/Credit Cards: Discover, Mastercard Debit/Credit and Visa Debit/Credit

Check: A check is required to be sent to our office within five (5) working days of completed conference registration.  Please ensure that the check is made payable to MO PRIMA and mailed to the following address:

*American Express is accepted through a manual invoicing system. Please select check/purchase order on the payment page and notify tammy@custommeetingplanners.com with your preference to use this card. An invoice will be sent to your email address for payment.
