2020 Powerful Learning Conference

REGISTRATION NOTES: Welcome to online registration for the 2020 Powerful Learning Conference.  Please take a moment to review the following information before you begin registation. 

1. Download a copy of the registration brochure

2. Review the brochure and all session descriptions.

3. After identifying your session choices and reviewing the conference category types below, you may begin online registration.

REGISTRATION FEES: Early conference registration fee is $200 per person until December 17, 2019.  Conference registrations received after December 17, the regular conference rate will apply at $250 per person.  Post-conference registration fee is $50 per person.

Please note that you will be asked to choose your attendee category before you begin registration.

CONFERENCE ATTENDEE:  Please select this category type if you are an attendee whose district, charter or school is paying for your registration fees or you are a co-presenter for a breakout session and your district, charter or school is paying for your registration fees.  

PRESENTER:  This category type is designated specifially for up to two complimentary registrations for each non-DESE, non-RPDC presented session.  Select Presenter if your registration has been designated as complimentary.   

BLUE RIBBON SCHOOL ATTENDEE: Please select this category type if your school has been recognized as a 2019 Blue Ribbon school.  Please note that two complimentary registrations are available per building.   

GOLD STAR SCHOOL ATTENDEE: Please select this category type if your builiding has been selected as a 2020 Gold Star school.  Please note that two complimentary registration are available per school.  

SCHOLARSHIP/BUILDING PARTNERSHIP ATTENDEE: Please select this category type if you have received a scholarship to attend the 2020 Powerful Learning Conference.  Also, please select this category type if your school has a partnership agreement with a Regional Professional Development Center to include the conference as part of your contract-service package.

DESE ATTENDEE: Please select this category type if you are an attendee who works for the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) and have approval to attend from an assistant commissioner. Also, please select this category type if you are presenting a session on behalf of DESE.  Please contact Cathi Rust at DESE should you have any questions - catherine.rust@dese.mo.gov

RPDC ATTENDEE: Please select this category type if you are an attendee who is a contracted consultant for a Regional Professional Development Center (RPDC).  Also, please select this category type if you are presenting a session on behalf of your RPDC.  Please contact Cathi Rust at DESE should you have any questions regarding registration - catherine.rust@dese.mo.gov

 

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:  Cancellation notices must be received in writing on or before January 8, 2020.  Refunds, less a $50 administrative fee for payment received, will be issued in the original form of payment. For cancellation notices received prior to payment, a $50 per person cancellation fee will be imposed. Please send notice of cancellation to tammy@custommeetingplanners.com

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES DUE:  Please note the following forms of payment methods are accepted by the conference:

Debit/Credit Cards: Discover, Mastercard Debit/Credit and Visa Debit/Credit

Purchase Order:  A PO is required to be faxed or sent within five (5) working days of completed conference registration.  Please ensure that the vendor name and contact information on the PO is confirmed as follows:

An invoice will be issued for payment after the PO is received.  Payment is expected when the invoice is received.  

Check: A check is required to be sent to our office within five (5) working days of completed conference registration.  Please ensure that the check is made payable to Custom Meeting Planners and mailed to the following address:
