Join the Fairfield County Alumni Network for a round trip boat ride to Sheffield Island, while taking in panoramic views of Long Island Sound and a tour of historic Sheffield Island Lighthouse. Dinner on the Island is included and provided by Chef Clyde Ripka of Ripka’s Beach Cafe.

Main Course is a choice of: 
  • 1.5lb Hard Shell Lobster
  • Rosemary Marinated Breast of Chicken with summer tomato bruschetta
  • Marinated Rib Eye Steak
  • Teriyaki Marinated Atlantic Salmon
