Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt 2001

The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering in partnership with the Organizational Performance Office is pleased to offer the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification Program. This certification course introduces participants to Lean Six Sigma methods and tools to achieve improvements within their organization. These methods will help participants to provide powerful customer-focused and data-driven results that lead to operational excellence.

This is a full one day in-person training from 9:00am to 5:00pm. ASU provides lunch; however, the participant are responsible for costs associated with parking. Participants will take an exam at the end of the day and must earn an 70% cumulative score to receive a certificate as a Yellow Belt from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University.

Becoming a Yellow Belt will equip you with the ability to analyze complex problems utilizing the Lean Six Sigma methodology to help eliminate waste and reduce variation across processes. Businesses are always looking for innovative ways to do things better, faster and cheaper. The Lean Six Sigma toolset will help you achieve those goals.

This program is for professionals in various industries, faculty, and students are encouraged to get certified. All participants will be able provide a unique perspective from their respective industries during the class discussions and activities.
