Description
The Strategic Service Institute is a multi-day program comprised of two modules. Participants can choose to attend one or both
modules:

            February 18 - 20: Module 1 - Service Management: Thriving for Service Excellence in Execution
            February 20 - 22: Module 2 - Advanced Service Leadership: Leading Your Service Business

Both of these distinct modules involve a rigorous examination of operational frameworks; pragmatic steps to achieve implementation and a strong interactive context where participants are encouraged to bring their specific challenges, share current issues, and develop action plans to equip you and your team to lead and transform your organization.

It is strongly recommended that participants who do not possess a foundation of the fundamentals of service management (e.g., Service Mapping Tools, Service Blueprinting, The Gaps Model) complete Module 1 prior to Module 2. These can be completed back to back during the five days in September. Although this is not mandatory, this recommendation is to ensure the best possible learning experience for our attendees.
