This tutorial is dedicated to present relevant approach to build a business case while conducting a R&D project. Bringing innovative solutions like smart systems technology to market can be very challenging. Working on business case all along R&D work enable to decrease the development risk and to optimize value creation. This webinar-tutorial will give you a clear understanding of how to build a relevant business case for your technology, or in other words how to ensure that the use of your technology will create value.

SPEAKERS:

Since 2003, Géraldine Andrieux-Gustin has supported many companies in their growth strategy and has been involved in several successful financial transactions in the MEMS and microfluidics industry. She earned an MBA from EM Lyon Business School.

Since 2003, Jérȏme Mouly is a Technology & Market Analyst at yole Développement, specializing in MEMS Devices & Technologies. M. Mouly has worked at Yole since 2000. In his 12 years with the company, he has participated in more than 100 marketing and technological analyses for industrial groups, start-ups and institutes related to MEMS and semiconductor industry. M. Mouly holds a Master of Physics from the University of Lyon.
