NMI 102 - Maximizing Human Potential in Nonprofits (Phoenix) April 2019

This course will provide you a foundation for human resource management, including complying with federal and state employment laws and compensation systems. You will learn practical and lawful strategies to develop human resource policies and job descriptions, retention strategies, and appropriate staffing structures.

NMI in-person courses are asynchronous and run for 2 days. Each course will consist of article reading, discussion questions, authentic assessments, and self-tests to enhance learning and build upon prior knowledge.

Early bird special: $315. Early bird pricing ends two weeks prior to course start date.

Note: Students who are purchasing their courses a la carte have a total of three years from initial registration in the program to meet all of their certificate requirements.
