WE HAVE TWO REGISTRATION TYPES. EventTech was designed for brand marketer and agency attendees. Although we do offer passes to suppliers, we strongly suggest you contact our EventTech Activation Sponsorship Team at alawler@accessintel.com or rdowd@accessintel.com to discuss more efficient exhibit and sponsorship options that include registrations at a discounted rate. **Note: we review registrations weekly. Any supplier that registers as a brand/agency will be automatically upcharged the difference on the credit card they registered with.

"Team It" Pricing and Event Marketer Subscriber Discounts. Groups of 5 or more will receive 10% off the total registration fee. Groups of 10 or more will receive 25% off the total registration fee. Event Marketer subscribers may also be eligible for discounted registration fees. Note: Discounts cannot be combined. To take advantage of group or subscriber rates, please contact Nicole Cimo at ncimo@accessintel.com.

Payment Information. Online registrations require a credit card for payment. Visa, MasterCard or American Express payments are accepted. The charge will appear as Access Intelligence on your credit card statement.

Substitutions, Refunds, and Cancellations. Substitutions are welcomed at any time. Full refunds are available until September 7. After September 7, any cancellation requests received in writing will be granted less a $375 administration fee until October 5. No cancellations/refunds will be available after October 5, 2018.
