A merchant is not a service provider, venue or other agent that sells to business or consumer organizations/merchants - all software & technology vendors, developers and/or other service/solution providers should register as non-merchants (or contact us for exhibiting information). Multichannel Merchant reviews all registrations weekly and will automatically charge any non-merchant registering as a merchant for the difference.

Payment Information

Please note: online registrations require a credit card for payment. Visa, MasterCard or American Express payments are accepted when registering online. The charge will appear as Access Intelligence on your credit card statement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that not all attendees who purchase an admission will be able to attend. To help us best accommodate the needs of all attendees and our planning staff, we ask that you read the following cancellation and refund policy before purchase of your registration. You may request a refund in writing, along with your electronic receipt of purchase, by February 1, 2019. Any cancellation requests received in writing will be granted, less a $200 administration fee until February 1, 2019. No cancellations will be available after February 1, 2019.

Substitution/Transfer Policy

Registrations may be transferred from one party to another party up to one week prior to the start of a show, after which time no attendee substitutions will be allowed. All substitution requests will be processed within 5 business days.
