Exhibit Booth includes:

        • One full-conference registration
        • Additional attendees pay LIMRA member rate
        • One 6-foot skirted table with an electrical outlet (table-top or limited displays are permitted)
        • One-time use of registrant/attendee list - 3 weeks prior (includes email addresses of attendees who opt to share them)
        • Exhibitor listing on LIMRA's conference page, onsite program, conference slides and mobile app

Exhibit Space fee:

The fee for a 6-foot exhibit table is $3,350 (USD) and must be paid in full prior to the event. LIMRA Strategic Partners pricing is per contract agreement.

Attendee List Use Policy:

Exhibitors and Sponsors will receive an attendee list 3 weeks prior to conference date, with weekly updates. The list includes name, title, company, snail mail and emails of those who opt to share them. We suggest you prepare a snail mail version for those who do not provide their email.

This list is provided for a “One-time” outreach to market your presence/support of this conference. DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE EMAILS TO OUR ATTENDEES, in their view this becomes spamming and will result in fewer attendees sharing their email addresses. Sponsors and exhibitors are asked not to imply a LIMRA endorsement of products or services. Use of the LIMRA logo or other LIMRA symbols is expressly forbidden. 

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing. Email customer.service@limra.com

In the event that a scheduled meeting or event is cancelled by LIMRA for any reason, LIMRA shall refund any conference registration fees that have been paid by the registrant. Under no circumstances, however, shall LIMRA be liable to the registrant for any other expenses including, but not limited to, airfare and hotel expenses incurred by the registrant.

Cancellations received before June 11, 2018, will be refunded, less a $375.00 processing fee. Cancellations received from June 11, 2018 to July 9, 2018, are subject to an administrative charge equal to 50 percent of the cost of the exhibitor or sponsored event. No refunds will be issued after July 9, 2018.
