Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration

Your Complimentary and Discounted Registrations

Your company receives
an allotment of complimentary meeting badges with your exhibit stand or sponsor package.These badges will give you full access to the meeting (excluding activities that have an additional fee). You must use your provided promocode within your allotment.

Additional Discounted Exhibitor Registrations: You may also purchase up to 10 additional badges at the discounted rate below, using your provided promocode. Please note, registering additional personnel beyond your complimentary allotment is optional and not required. Any additional registrations beyond 10 will be charged at the nonmember rate

How to Register Groups

I am NOT attending the meeting but will be registering my group
  1. Click New Registration to create a group. (Do NOT enter a promocode for yourself if you are not attending the meeting).
  2. Select "I am not attending this meeting (registering others only)".
  3. Enter your contact details when prompted under Administrator Information.
  4. Register your group by adding Additional Attendees. (This is when you will enter applicable promocodes as prompted.)

I am attending the meeting AND will be registering members of my group as well

  1. Click New Registration to begin.
  2. Register yourself, entering a promocode for yourself if applicable.
  3. Register others in your group by adding Additional Attendees when prompted. (You will need to enter your promocode for each additional registration.)

I am attending the meeting and only registering myself

  1. Click New Registration to begin.




How to Make Changes

Resuming an Incomplete registration? If you began a registration but did not yet pay (or request a check or wire transfer invoice), please choose New Registration to re-start your incomplete registration.

Need to change the name of an existing registration? Email your request to and include the following:
  1. Name of the person to be removed
  2. Name and contact information of the new person attending (email, phone, mailing address).
Paying an Outstanding Invoice? Log in and confirm your agenda selections by clicking Continue until you reach the PAYMENT page. Then submit your credit card payment.

Adding additional personnel to group registration? Please click Modify Registration. Confirm your selections. Then on the
ADDITIONAL ATTENDEES page follow the prompts. Complete the additional registration until you the REGISTRATION RECORD page.

Adding Job Match? Please log in to modify your registration. Then click Attendee Information, and select Job Match. Then confirm your updates by clicking Continue until you reach the REGISTRATION RECORD page.
