Companies invest billions of dollars each year on a variety of projects. For most organizations, project delivery is critical to achieving business objectives such as: cost reduction, re-organization, regulatory compliance, expansion of product lines, entrance into new markets, or implementing new or significantly changed systems and processes. Poorly executed projects can present significant risks to an organization in achieving its objectives. The presentation will focus on project related risks and present approaches to identifying and managing them as part of project execution.
