Giving and receiving feedback: You're probably not as good at it as you think you are.

Everyone is focused on goal attainment. Bosses are too busy. We are hesitant to ask others for feedback.  Performance appraisals are loathed and ineffective. How are we supposed to know how we are doing? How do we measurably improve?

Giving and receiving feedback is the lifeblood of any organization.  The best leaders and performers know how to solicit and receive feedback well and leverage it as a tool for performance improvement.

Join us to learn how individuals and teams can use feedback to prosper, learn and grow.

Takeaways:

  • What makes giving and receiving feedback so anxiety producing
  • How you can be better at asking for meaningful feedback to help you grow
  • What you can do to create a more positive culture within your organization

A short networking reception will take place at 6:30 pm before the start of the program. All attendees are encouraged to bring their business cards.
