Booking Terms & Conditions:
1. Registrations are confirmed when we send a written Confirmation via email. If you have not received a Booking Confirmation prior to the
commencement of the EVENT(S), it is the delegate’s responsibility to contact InnoXcell Ltd. to confirm their place.
2. An official invoice will be sent to you 7 working days after your registration is received. Payment must be received, in full within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
3. InnoXcell Ltd. reserves the right to withhold entry to the EVENT(S) if payment has not been received in full.
4. Cancellations must be received in writing.
5. 50% of the EVENT(S) fee will be charged if the cancellation is received two weeks BEFORE the EVENT(S).
6. 100% of the EVENT(S) fee will be charged if cancellation is received WITHIN two weeks of the EVENT(S).
7. Registrations received within two weeks of the date of the EVENT(S) must be paid upfront and in full before registration is confirmed.
8. If you are unable to attend the EVENT(S), a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.
9. No refunds will be given.
10. No shows will also be charged in full.
11. The conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
