Booking Terms & Conditions
Registrations are confirmed when we send a written Confirmation via email or fax. If you have not received a booking confirmation prior to the commencement of the course, it is the delegate’s responsibility to contact InnoXcell Limited to confirm their place.
Payment must be received, in full within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
InnoXcell Limited reserves the right to withhold entry to the conference if payment has not been received in full.
Cancellations must be received in writing. 30% of the conference fee will be charged if cancellation is received one month BEFORE the conference. 100% of the conference fee will be charged if cancellation is received WITHIN one month of the conference.
If you are unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.
No refunds will be given and no shows will also be charged in full.
