The WORLD NUCLEAR FUEL CYCLE 2018 is being held in Madrid, Spain 17-19 April. It's objective is to provide an international forum for the discussion of issues affecting the commercial nuclear fuel cycle, with a focus on enhancing the economic competitiveness of the nuclear fuel cycle and nuclear energy. At the same time, China and Russia are continuing to aggressively construct and pursue nuclear growth. As a result of the shift in the nuclear plant outlook, nuclear fuel markets are significantly changing due to large overproduction across all fuel cycle stages.
