Aimed at executives under 35, this inaugural forum, held in conjunction with WIT Hospitality 2018 on March 20, will focus on inspiring and coaching talent so that they can build better careers in the hospitality and travel industry.

The objective of the series is to nurture outstanding individuals to become future leaders in the digital travel space.

It will feature industry leaders and coaches who will share insights on the latest trends and issues impacting travel, and spark ideas and offer tips on how to remain relevant in your careers, with lots of time for coaching and brainstorming activity in between.

Open to a maximum of 50 executives, this series will blend seasoned minds and fresh voices to create two-way learning and spark fresh thinking for a fast-changing industry.

The Niccolo Lectures reflect the brand’s mantra of “New Encounters. Timeless Pleasures” in every Niccolo property.  Launched in 2015 at Niccolo Chengdu, these private events have curated programmes of inspirational talks featuring thought leaders, creative thinkers, adventurers, entrepreneurs, lifestyle and business innovators, celebrities and sports stars to share their unique insights and remarkable life journeys.
