Due to space limitations registration is not open to non-KP physicians

All on-site registration will incur higher fees. Register early to avoid this charge. All on-site registration fees must be paid by credit card or check payable to SCPMG. Cash will not be accepted.

Symposium attendance is only open to physicians from Kaiser Permanente.

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the meeting and conference meal functions.


CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

There is a $25 cancellation fee for all cancellations. Cancellations are to be submitted via email only to scaleventquestions@kp.org by June 10, 2019. There will be no refunds after this date.
