Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of the symposium, the participants should be able to:



  1. Address symptoms of burnout, and develop strategies to manage boundaries and foster relationships (Patient/Physician; Physician/Care Team)
  2. Demonstrate skills to enhance leadership and communication with colleagues to improve team-based care, and create a safe/collaborative work environment
  3. Use communication strategies for negotiating and conducting difficult conversations to improve outcomes
  4. Discuss/implement strategies to enhance performance outcomes by driving the integration of diversity & inclusion practices and excellence into every aspect of our business
