Late Registration Fee

FINAL CHANCE TO BOOK AT STANDARD RATES EXPIRES FRIDAY, MARCH 30, 2018 AT 6 PM Atlantic Time
Effective Friday, March 30, 2018 after 6 pm Atlantic Time, a late booking fee of $25 will be applied to each registration. The late booking fee offsets additional costs related to preparing conference materials after orders have been finalized with suppliers.

Meals Included

  • Lunch on both Monday and Tuesday
  • Breakfast on Tuesday
  • Coffee breaks in morning and afternoon on both days

Payments 

Payments for registrations are payable upon booking. 

Cancellation Policy 

Contract payments are refunded upon receipt of written notice of cancellation, according to the following terms:   
  • On or before March 1, 2018 contract payment refunded minus a processing fee of $150 CDN 
  • After March 1, 2018 contract payment refunded minus a processing fee of $250 CDN 
  • After April 1, 2018, no refunds will be issued but substitutes are allowed.
