At the end of this activity, participants should be able to:

 
 
  1. Make empathic connections to bolster wellness, kindness to others, and ability to embrace diversity of perspectives.
  2. Employ Meditation practices creating positive, reproducible, long-term health-promoting changes.
  3. Use at least one innovative approach to motivate behavior change that improves adherence and/or diet/lifestyle changes.
  4. Identify and manage the causes of digital distractions to improve outcomes and patient connections/care.
  5. Improve health-related quality of life and well-being for all individuals
