***Students are required to submit an official letter on their Institution’s letterhead OR photocopy of their 2014/2015 Student/Trainee ID from the Institution where they are studying/working indicating proof of their Student status. File must be uploaded at the time of registration.


Cancellation policy
Registration cancellations received in writing at the WCDEM 2015 Secretariat's address by Friday, 20 February, 2015 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $150 USD administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after Friday, 20 February, 2015 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration. 

In the unlikely event that the 19th WCDEM is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.


Not a WADEM Member?
Membership in WADEM includes an annual subscription (print and/or online) to Prehospital and Disaster Medicine (six issues); unlimited access to the entire digital archive of Prehospital and Disaster Medicine (28 Volumes) through Cambridge Journals Online, registration discounts for the World Congress on Disaster and Emergency Medicine; networking, contact, and research collaboration opportunities; and the opportunity to participate in or form regional chapters and professional interest sections.  Currently, there is an Oceania Regional Chapter and several Sections including Nursing, Mass Gathering Medicine, Psychosocial Issues, Emergency Medical Response, and Osteopathic Physicians.  Click here for more information
